I usually submit a quotation based on the number of words in the text. When the work can not be invoiced by the word, I charge a fixed hourly rate.

I always respect the agreed deadline.

The method of delivery is decided by the customer: E-mail, fax, disc, post.

With large volume and/or regular commissions, I usually agree a lower price with the customer.
